Q1: How long does it take to process a UAE visa?
Processing time depends on the visa type.

  • Family Visa: 7–10 days

  • Partner Visa: 7–10 days

  • Golden Visa: 1–2 weeks

  • Visa Cancellation: 1–2 days

Q2: Can I sponsor my family members?
Yes, UAE residents with a valid visa and a minimum salary (usually AED 4,000–5,000) can sponsor their spouse, children, and parents.

Q3: What documents are required for visa processing?
Typically, passport, visa page, Emirates ID (if available), passport-size photos, tenancy contract (Ejari), and salary certificate/labour contract. Additional documents may be required depending on the visa type.

Business Setup & Licenses

Q4: What is the difference between Mainland and Freezone company setup?

  • Mainland: Operate across the UAE and internationally, access government contracts, may require office space and local sponsor/service agent (for some activities).

  • Freezone: 100% foreign ownership, tax benefits, easy setup, but restricted to trading within the freezone or internationally (local market requires a distributor/agent).

Q5: How long does it take to get a trade license?
Freezone and Mainland licenses usually take 1–10 business days, depending on the activity and jurisdiction.

Q6: Why do I need attestation of documents?
Attestation is required to prove the authenticity of your educational, personal, or commercial documents for use in the UAE — for visas, jobs, business setup, or legal purposes.

Q7: Do you provide legal translation?
Yes, we provide certified legal translation into Arabic and other major languages, accepted by UAE authorities, courts, and government offices.
