Document attestation and legal translation in Dubai

AL HUDHUD provides document attestation in Dubai, legal translation and government typing for individuals and companies. Attestation confirms that the signatures and seals on your document are genuine, so UAE authorities, employers, schools and banks will accept it.

– Documents issued outside the UAE (degrees, marriage and birth certificates, commercial papers) are usually attested in the issuing country, then by the UAE Embassy in that country, and finally by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA).
– Documents issued in the UAE for use abroad are attested by MOFA, digitally or through an approved courier, and then by the destination country’s embassy where required.

We manage the whole chain for you and arrange legal translation into Arabic when a UAE authority needs it. Attested documents are often needed for UAE visas, especially family and employment visas.

How attestation works

  1. Document review: we check the document, the issuing country and where you will use it.
  2. Route and quote: we confirm the attestation steps and give you a written quote.
  3. Collection: we collect the original by courier or at our office.
  4. Attestation: we coordinate each stage: issuing country, UAE Embassy and UAE MOFA, or MOFA and destination embassy for UAE documents.
  5. Translation: legal translation, if the authority needs the document in Arabic.
  6. Return: you receive your attested (and translated) document.

Attestation timeline and fees

  • Timelines depend on the issuing country, the document type and each authority's processing time. We confirm your timeline in your quote.
  • Eligible UAE-issued documents can be attested digitally by MOFA, which is usually the fastest route.
Fees: Quote on request. Your service fee is quoted in writing after a short consultation. Government, authority, FTA, free zone, medical, typing, translation and attestation charges are separate, listed in your quote. Nothing starts until you approve it.
