Privacy Policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information AL HUDHUD Documents Clearing Services collects through this website, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are

AL HUDHUD Documents Clearing Services is a documents clearing and PRO services company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism, Government of Dubai, under DET Professional Licence No. 1071555, licensed since 2022.

Address: Coastal Building, Office #303, 3rd Floor, 189 Al Nahda Street, Al Twar 2, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Telephone: +971 4 223 6581
Email: enquiry@alhudhuddcs.com

For any question about this policy or about your information, contact us at enquiry@alhudhuddcs.com or on +971 4 223 6581.

What we collect

Information you give us in an enquiry form. Every enquiry form on this website asks for:

  • your name
  • your phone number
  • your email address (optional on some forms)
  • the service or destination you are enquiring about
  • the page you enquired from
  • anything you choose to type into the message or details box

Some enquiry boxes invite you to describe your situation — for example travel dates, nationality, employment or your company’s circumstances. Only include what you are comfortable sharing at this stage. Please do not send passport scans, Emirates ID copies, bank statements or other documents through the website. If we need documents to act for you, we will tell you and agree a secure way to send them.

Information collected automatically by our own software. Our hosting and security software records standard technical data — your IP address, the time of the request and your browser type — for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting. Our enquiry forms record the time the form was opened, purely to detect automated spam submissions.

Information collected by our three measurement tools. This website runs Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta pixel. All three are described in full in the next section. The Meta pixel is an advertising tool. It was added on 9 October 2026; until that date this policy said we ran no advertising or retargeting tags, which was true then and is not true now. Microsoft Clarity also sets identifiers on Microsoft advertising domains. Both facts are set out below because you are entitled to know them. We do not sell any information to anyone.

Analytics, session recording and advertising measurement

Three third-party measurement tools run on this website. All three load only after the page has finished loading, and none of them runs at all for our own staff or from our office IP address.

Google Analytics 4 — property ID G-TQHVGRC6WC. This counts visits and tells us which pages and services people look at, so we know what to write next. It collects: the pages you view and the order you view them in, the language version of the page (English or Arabic), how you arrived (a search engine, a link, or directly), your approximate location derived from your IP address (typically country and city level), your device, browser and screen size, and whether you clicked one of our WhatsApp, phone or email links, or submitted an enquiry form. It does not receive your name, phone number, email address or anything you typed. Google states that it does not log or store your IP address in Google Analytics 4. Google acts as our data processor for this. See Google’s Business Data Responsibility page and Google’s own description of data collected by Google Analytics.

Microsoft Clarity — project ID ymsrfc1gj5. This records how pages are used — where people scroll, what they click, where a layout confuses them — so we can fix the page rather than guess. It records mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and taps, page and viewport size, browser, operating system, country and referring page, and it builds a visual replay of the page as you used it, plus aggregated heatmaps. Every form field on this site is masked. Clarity masks text of its own accord, and on top of that every input, textarea, select and form on this website is tagged in our own code, so the masking does not depend on a dashboard setting that someone could later relax. In a recording, text you enter appears as blocks, not characters. Microsoft acts as our data processor for this. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement and Microsoft’s Clarity FAQ.

The Meta pixel — dataset ID 24095919610073200. This is an advertising tool, run by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, and it is the one tool on this website whose purpose is not only measurement. It tells us how many people reached a page, sent an enquiry, or clicked one of our WhatsApp, phone or email links, and it allows us to measure whether advertising on Facebook or Instagram brings people here and to show advertising to people who have visited this website. It collects: the page you are on and the short name we give it (for example “Trade licence”), which part of the site that page belongs to, the language version (English or Arabic), your IP address, your browser and device, and the three actions named above. It does not receive your name, your phone number, your email address or anything you typed into a form. When you send an enquiry, the pixel is told that an enquiry happened and which service it was about, and nothing else. We use this information to build advertising audiences on Meta – for example, people who have visited this website, people who clicked one of our contact links, and people who sent an enquiry – so that we can show those groups our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. The audiences are groups, not lists of names: we never see who is in them, and we do not upload customer lists to Meta. This dataset also receives data from one of our other systems, so that the same person is not counted twice; the website’s share of it is identified by the page address each event came from. See Meta’s Privacy Policy and Meta’s Cookies Policy.

If you are in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, all three tools start in a denied state on this website: until you accept on the short notice at the bottom of the page, no analytics or advertising cookie is written by us, Clarity treats you as a new visitor on every page rather than identifying you across pages, Google Analytics measures without storage, and the Meta pixel is held at revoke, which is Meta’s own instruction for stopping the pixel sending anything. Declining is a normal way to use this site and costs you nothing. Outside those regions the tools run as described above; you can still switch them off with the same notice, or block cookies in your browser.

What we do with it

We use what you send us to:

  1. Reply to your enquiry and advise you on the service you asked about.
  2. Keep a record of the enquiry so that whoever picks up the conversation has the context.
  3. Carry out the service if you decide to instruct us, including submitting applications to the relevant government authority on your instruction.
  4. Protect the website from spam and abusive traffic.
  5. Improve the website, using the three measurement tools above in aggregate, and measure whether advertising brings people here.

We do not send marketing emails from website enquiries unless you ask us to.

Your enquiry: where it goes, who sees it, how long we keep it

What the form collects. Exactly the fields listed under “What we collect” above — nothing hidden, and nothing about your browsing history is attached to it.

Where it goes. When you submit an enquiry form, the same information travels to two places, and a third only if you choose to continue:

  • Our website records. The enquiry is stored as a record in this website’s own database, on our hosting provider’s servers.
  • Our email. A notification is emailed to enquiry@alhudhuddcs.com so an advisor sees it.
  • WhatsApp, only if you continue. After you submit, your browser offers to open WhatsApp with the details of your enquiry already written into a message to us. That message is not sent until you press send in WhatsApp. If you choose to send it, your enquiry and your WhatsApp number reach us through WhatsApp, and WhatsApp’s own privacy terms apply to that message in addition to this policy. If you would rather not use WhatsApp, simply close that tab — we still have your enquiry by email.

Who sees it. Inside the company, the advisors and management who handle enquiries and the work that follows from them — a small team, and only those people. The contents of your enquiry — your name, your phone number, your email address and what you wrote — are not passed to Google, to Microsoft, to Meta or to any other third party. What the three measurement tools are told is that an enquiry was submitted and which service it was about. For the Meta pixel that counts as advertising measurement, which is why it is named here. The enquiry itself is not sold and is not uploaded to any advertising platform.

How long we keep it. An enquiry that does not become a job is kept for 24 months from our last contact with you about it, and then deleted. An enquiry that becomes work we carried out is kept with that job’s file, for as long as UAE law requires us to keep business records.

How to have it deleted. Email enquiry@alhudhuddcs.com and ask us to delete your enquiry record. We will delete it and confirm in writing, unless we are required to keep it as part of a record of work already carried out — in which case we will tell you which record it is and why. We may need to confirm who you are first, so that we do not act on someone else’s behalf.

You can also reach us by phone or email instead of using a form. Nothing on this website requires you to use WhatsApp.

Who else sees it

We share personal information only where it is necessary, and only with:

  • Government authorities and their service centres, where you have instructed us to submit an application on your behalf. What has to be submitted is set by the authority, not by us.
  • Our service providers, who process data on our instructions in order to run this website and our mailboxes: our website hosting provider, our email provider, and — for website and advertising measurement only, never for the contents of your enquiry — Google (Google Analytics 4), Microsoft (Clarity) and Meta Platforms (the Meta pixel), as described above.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

Both Google and Microsoft process measurement data on servers outside the UAE. Submitting an application to an authority outside the UAE — for example a consulate or embassy for a visit visa or residency route — necessarily means your information goes to that authority in its country. You instruct that transfer when you ask us to make the application.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you
  • correct anything that is wrong
  • delete your enquiry record, where we are not required to keep it
  • stop contacting you

Email enquiry@alhudhuddcs.com or call +971 4 223 6581 and we will deal with your request. We may need to confirm who you are before we act, so that we do not give your information to someone else.

You can also switch all three measurement tools off for yourself, at any time, using the notice at the bottom of the page, or by blocking cookies in your browser. Google publishes a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Microsoft’s opt-out for Clarity is described in the Clarity FAQ. For the Meta pixel, the notice at the bottom of this page is the control on this website; separately, Meta offers its own ad preferences and activity off Meta technologies settings, which apply across every website that uses Meta’s tools, not only this one.

Your information is handled in line with applicable United Arab Emirates law, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Cookies

These are the cookies this website sets. The Google and Microsoft entries were checked in a browser on 26 September 2026, with the lifetimes recorded in that check; the Meta entries were added on 9 October 2026 and are described from Meta’s own documentation. No cookie is needed to run this site. Browsing it, reading it and sending an enquiry all work with cookies blocked; WordPress sets a cookie only if someone logs in to the admin area, which visitors do not. Every cookie below therefore belongs to one of the three measurement tools. Some of them are advertising cookies: the Meta cookies are set by an advertising tool, and the Microsoft cookies on bing.com are set by the Clarity script on Microsoft’s own domains, with Microsoft’s documentation describing some of them as used for advertising. They are listed here for that reason.

Set by Google Analytics 4 — first-party, on alhudhuddcs.com:

  • _ga — distinguishes one browser from another. 400 days.
  • _ga_TQHVGRC6WC — keeps the session state for this property. 400 days.

Set by Microsoft Clarity. The first two are first-party, on alhudhuddcs.com; the rest are set by Microsoft on its own domains:

  • _clck — a Clarity identifier for this browser. 1 year.
  • _clsk — joins the page views of one visit into a single recording. 1 day.
  • CLID — on www.clarity.ms. Identifies the first Clarity-using site on which this browser was seen. 1 year.
  • MUID — on .clarity.ms and on .bing.com. Microsoft’s own browser identifier. Microsoft’s documentation says these cookies “are used for advertising, site analytics, and other operational purposes”. 390 days.
  • SRM_B — on .c.bing.com. A Microsoft identifier set alongside MUID. 390 days.
  • MR — on .c.clarity.ms and .c.bing.com. Indicates whether to refresh MUID. 7 days.
  • SM — on .c.clarity.ms. Synchronises MUID across Microsoft domains. Deleted when you close the browser.
  • ANONCHK — on .c.clarity.ms. A flag Microsoft states is always set to 0 for Clarity. Expires within minutes.

Set by the Meta pixel. The first two are first-party, on alhudhuddcs.com; the rest are set by Meta on its own domain when your browser contacts it:

  • _fbp — a random identifier for this browser, created by the pixel. Meta’s documentation describes it as “a unique identifier” saved “for the website domain if one does not already exist”. 90 days.
  • _fbc — set only if you arrive from a Facebook or Instagram advertisement, and only then: it stores the click identifier from that link. 90 days.
  • fr — on .facebook.com. Meta’s advertising cookie, containing an encrypted Facebook identifier and a browser identifier. 90 days.
  • Meta may set further cookies on .facebook.com of its own accord when your browser contacts that domain — for example datr and sb, which it uses for security. These are Meta’s cookies on Meta’s domain, not ours; they are covered by Meta’s Cookies Policy.

Microsoft publishes its own list of these cookies in the Clarity cookie list, Google’s are covered by Google’s Business Data Responsibility page, and Meta’s by Meta’s Cookies Policy. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, none of the cookies above is written until you accept on the notice at the bottom of the page. Everywhere, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the website will still work.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging services for themselves, their families or their companies. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through the website.

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. The version on this page is the one that applies.
