What is different in practice
You are told when not to apply
The eligibility read comes first and it is free. If the file is not ready, or the route is wrong, or the honest answer is "wait", that is what you hear — before a government fee is spent. An agency paid per application has no reason to say this. We would rather lose the application than sell you a refusal.
Two desks, one advisor
Visas and residency abroad on one desk; UAE licensing, visas, tax, attestation and PRO work on the other. Most clients need both at some point — a company visa here and a family visit visa abroad, or a residency route abroad that needs UAE documents attested first. One advisor carries your file across both, so you explain your situation once.
The fee is written down before the work
One document, three separate lines: government and consular fees at cost, third-party costs at cost, and our fee for the work. No bundled figure, no government fee quoted as ours, and no change of scope without a new quote.
Every number on this site has a source
Every fee, deadline, threshold and document requirement in our guides and service pages is linked to the authority that sets it — the Federal Tax Authority, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ICP, GDRFA, the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, GOV.UK, the US Department of State, IRCC, EUR-Lex, or the relevant ministry abroad. Where something is our experience rather than a published rule, it says so.
English and Arabic, properly
Every page of this site exists in both languages, with government terminology taken from the authorities’ own Arabic wording rather than translated by guess. You can deal with us in either language, in writing and on the phone.
The renewal dates are ours to remember
A licence, an establishment card, a residence visa, an Emirates ID and a tax return all expire on different clocks. Clients on a monthly arrangement get those tracked and raised before they matter, which is the difference between a renewal and a fine.
And what we are not
- Not a law firm. We prepare and clear documents; we do not give legal advice or represent you before a court.
- Not an audit firm, and not your tax adviser in another country.
- Not able to promise an approval, a date, or a fast track. The authority decides, and there is no route that changes that.
- Not the cheapest quote you will get, and not trying to be. The cheapest quote is usually the one that omits the government fee.

Are you licensed?
Yes. AL HUDHUD Documents Clearing Services holds a professional licence issued by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism; the number and the registered activities are listed above, and the licence can be checked in Dubai’s public licence lookup. We publish the licence details and nothing from the licence record that is not ours to publish.
Why should I not just apply myself?
For a straightforward file with strong documents, sometimes you should, and we will say so. The value is in the files that are not straightforward: a previous refusal, a name mismatch across documents, income that is real but hard to evidence, a route that looks right and is not, or a sequence of UAE approvals that has to happen in a particular order. That is what this work is.
Do you guarantee approval?
No. Nobody can, and an agent who says otherwise is describing something that does not exist. What we control is the quality and completeness of the file, and whether you are told the truth about its chances before you pay for it.
Can you handle my company as well as my family’s visas?
Yes — that is why the two desks sit together. Licensing, staff and family visas, tax registration and renewals on one side; visit visas and residency routes abroad on the other; one advisor and one file across both.
What does it cost?
Quote on request, itemised in writing before any work begins. Government and consular fees are published by the authorities and shown at cost; our fee depends on the route and the file.
