These terms govern your use of this website and the services AL HUDHUD Documents Clearing Services provides. By using this website or instructing us, you accept them.

Who you are dealing with

AL HUDHUD Documents Clearing Services is a documents clearing and PRO services company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, licensed by the Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) under Professional Licence number 1071555, licensed since 2022.

What we do, and what we do not do

We prepare, type, check, submit and follow up documents and applications with government authorities and their service centres, and we handle PRO work on behalf of individuals and companies.

We are not a law firm and we do not give legal advice. We are not a government authority, we are not an agent of any government authority, and we are not a travel agency, an insurer or a financial adviser.

Decisions are made by the authority, never by us

This is the most important thing on this page, so it is stated plainly:

Visas, permits, licences, attestations and every other government approval are granted or refused by the relevant authority, consulate or embassy at its sole discretion. We do not decide the outcome, we cannot influence it, and we do not guarantee it.

That means:

• We cannot promise that an application will be approved.
• We cannot promise how long an authority will take. Any timeframe we mention is based on what we have typically seen and is an estimate, not a commitment.
• An authority may ask for extra documents, an interview, biometrics, a medical test or anything else, at any stage, and may change its requirements without notice.
• An authority may refuse an application without giving a reason.

What we are responsible for is doing our part properly: preparing your file correctly, submitting it to the right place, following it up, and telling you honestly where it stands.

Anyone who guarantees you a visa is not telling you the truth. We will not do that.

Enquiries and quotations

An enquiry through this website, by phone, by email or by WhatsApp is a request for information. It does not create a contract and does not reserve any service.

Every fee on this website reads “Quote on request” because the correct figure depends on the exact service, the authority involved and your circumstances. We will give you a written quotation before any work begins, and we will not start chargeable work until you have confirmed it.

Government fees are separate

Government, authority, consulate, embassy, typing centre and third-party fees are separate from our service fee and are never included in it unless a written quotation says so in that specific case.

Those fees belong to the authority, not to us. Once a government fee has been paid to the authority it is non-refundable, whatever the outcome of the application, including where the application is refused, withdrawn or cancelled. That is the authority’s rule, and it applies regardless of anything we could do.

Authorities may also change their fees at any time. Where a fee changes after you have been quoted, the fee actually charged by the authority applies.

What we need from you

You agree that:

• the information and documents you give us are true, complete and your own to provide
• you will tell us promptly if anything changes
• you will supply what an authority asks for within the time it allows

We rely on what you give us. We are not responsible for an application that is delayed, rejected or cancelled because information or documents you provided were incorrect, incomplete, expired or late, and our service fee for the work already done remains payable in that situation.

If we believe information given to us is false, or that a request is unlawful, we will decline the work.

Your documents

Where you hand us original documents, we handle them carefully and return them to you. Please do not send identity documents, personal certificates or financial records through this website. If we need them, we will tell you and agree how to get them to us.

This website

The content of this website is provided for general information about our services. We keep it as accurate as we can, but government requirements, processing times and authority procedures change frequently and often without notice. Nothing on this website is advice for your specific case, and nothing on it forms part of a contract. Speak to us about your own circumstances before you act on anything you read here.

The text, images, layout and design of this website belong to AL HUDHUD Documents Clearing Services and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Where this website links to another website, we are not responsible for that website’s content.

Limits of our responsibility

We are responsible for carrying out the services you instruct us to perform with reasonable skill and care.

We are not responsible for:

• the decision of any authority, or its timing
• a change in law, fees, procedure or requirements by any authority
• loss caused by information or documents you gave us that were wrong, incomplete or late
• delays outside our reasonable control, including authority system outages, closures and public holidays

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

Ending the arrangement

Either of us may stop the engagement in writing. If you stop it, our service fee for work already carried out remains payable, and any government fee already paid to an authority is non-refundable. See the Refund and Service Policy for how this works in practice.

Communication

We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, email or SMS about your enquiry or your file, using the details you gave us. If you would prefer one channel only, tell us and we will use it.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of our services, are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page on the date you instruct us is the version that applies to that work.
