How it works

How working with us works

The same five stages whether the file is a Schengen visit visa, a Portuguese residency route or a Dubai trade licence. Nothing starts until you have the quote in writing, and nothing is submitted that you have not seen.

Stage 1 — the honest read, before any money

You tell us what you want to do. We tell you whether it is realistic now, what would have to change if it is not, and which route fits — not the most expensive one, the one your documents can actually support. This conversation is free and it has no obligation attached to it.

Sometimes the answer is "wait three months and apply with a stronger file", or "this route will not work for you, but that one will". Saying so early costs us a sale and saves you a refusal and a government fee. That trade is the point of the stage.

Stage 2 — the quote, itemised, in writing

Before work begins you get one document that separates three things: the government or consular fees, which are published and passed through at cost; third-party costs such as attestation, certified translation or a visa application centre’s service charge; and our own fee for the work.

That is also why no price appears anywhere on this website. A quote depends on the route, the number of applicants, the documents that already exist and the ones that have to be produced. A published figure would be either wrong or useless, so fees read "Quote on request" and you get a real one instead.

Stage 3 — the document list, for your file

You receive the list the deciding authority publishes, plus the evidence your own circumstances need, plus the order to do them in. Where a document has to be attested or translated, that is on the list as its own step with its own timing, because it is the step that most often sets the date you can apply.

If something on the list does not exist yet — a tax number, a bank letter, a certificate still with a university abroad — we say so at this stage rather than discovering it at the counter.

Stage 4 — the file is checked, then you see it

Every page is read against the list once more: names spelled the same way across documents, dates consistent, amounts matching the statements behind them, nothing missing and nothing added that raises a question it does not answer.

Anything thin is flagged to you before submission, not after a refusal. You know what is in the file because you have seen it.

Stage 5 — submission, tracking, and the answer

We lodge the application on the official channel, book what has to be booked, and tell you what each status update actually means rather than forwarding it. For UAE work the same stage is the licence, the establishment file, the visa or the tax registration, followed by the renewal dates written into a calendar.

If an application is refused, you get the refusal notice read with you and a straight answer on whether a fresh application has anything new to say. If it does not, we will tell you that too.

What we need from you

  • Accurate information, including the parts that are awkward. A previous refusal, an overstay, a gap in employment or a name spelled differently on two documents is something we can work with if we know about it, and a refusal if we find out at the counter.
  • Originals or clear scans, whichever the authority asks for, and time to get the ones that do not exist yet.
  • A decision on the quote before work starts, so that neither side is guessing about scope.
  • Travel or commercial dates as early as possible, so the timeline is built around them instead of the other way round.

How we communicate

  • One advisor for your file, from the first conversation to the decision. You are not handed between desks and you do not re-explain your situation.
  • Phone, email or WhatsApp, in English or Arabic, during working hours.
  • Anything material — a quote, a document list, a change of scope — in writing as well as on the phone.
  • No unsolicited marketing to the number or address you give us for a file.

The limits, stated plainly

  • We do not decide applications. Consulates, embassies and UAE authorities do. No agent can promise an approval, a date, or a "guaranteed" route, and anyone who does is selling you something else.
  • We are a documents clearing company. We do not give legal advice, we do not act as your auditor, and we do not advise on tax residency in another country.
  • We do not submit a document we have not seen, or a statement we cannot support.
  • Government fees are the government’s. We pass them through at cost and show them separately from our own fee.

Common questions

Does the first conversation cost anything?

No. The eligibility read and the route recommendation are free and carry no obligation. You only commit once you have an itemised quote and you accept it.

Why are there no prices on the website?

Because a real quote depends on the route, the number of applicants, and which documents already exist. A single published figure would be wrong for almost everyone who read it. Government and consular fees are published by the authorities and we show several of them on the service pages; our own fee is quoted per file in writing before work starts.

What happens if my application is refused?

You get the refusal notice explained — these notices are written in categories, not in sentences about you — and an honest view on whether reapplying makes sense. Where the refusal points at something fixable, we tell you what and how long it takes. Where it does not, we say so rather than sell you a second attempt.

How long does a file take?

The authority’s own processing window is published or estimated, and it is on the relevant service page. What varies is the part before submission: attestation, certified translation and any document that has to be obtained from abroad. In practice that preparation, rather than the authority, is what sets the date you can apply.

Do I have to come to the office?

Not for most of it. Documents can be sent electronically and much of the work is done without you present; some steps — biometrics, an interview, a medical, a signature before a notary — require you in person by law, and those are flagged on the document list from the start.

Can you take over a file another agent started?

Often, yes. We will ask to see what has already been submitted and what was paid for, because a file with a submitted application in it has to be handled differently from one that has not been lodged. If taking it over would make your position worse, we will say so.
